Hence prank callers shall learn the related rules and regulations of the state. Even if not physically injured, receiver can take serious action against the caller. You may be charged of misdemeanor, whose punishment may be fine, lockup or both. So the conclusion is that prank calls must be funny but not by making fun of the receiver or making him or her embarrassed or injured. Callers must show some decency and use this art the right way.
